Service & digital product terms

Updated October 2, 2026

These terms describe purchases from Xander Revenue Systems (XRS), including websites and applications, AI assistants and agents, automation, integrations, consulting, training, and digital products.

Inquiries and purchase information

Sending an inquiry requests a conversation or proposal. It does not place an order, authorize a charge, reserve a delivery date, or create a subscription. This website currently accepts inquiries; purchases are arranged separately when an offer is available.

Before purchase, a written proposal or product offer identifies the contracting parties, deliverables, total price and currency, payment schedule, delivery timing, client responsibilities, usage rights, and included support. Prices are in USD unless a different currency is explicitly stated. Any applicable taxes and separate third-party charges are disclosed before payment.

For custom work, the accepted written scope controls the specific deliverables and milestones. These public terms and our refund and cancellation policy apply unless a different arrangement is clearly disclosed and agreed before purchase. Changes do not apply retroactively to existing purchases without agreement. Applicable rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in effect.

Electronic delivery and project timing

Deliverables are provided electronically through email, a download link, a shared folder or repository, a deployed website or application, or access to the configured service, as stated in the offer. No physical shipping is included.

Custom projects use the start date and delivery milestones in the accepted proposal. Work begins after any agreed initial payment and required information, permissions, and access have been received. Delays in client materials or approvals may change the schedule; a revised delivery plan is communicated when needed.

A ready-made digital product is supplied by the method and within the timeframe stated in its offer. Instant access is provided only when explicitly advertised. Ongoing software or service access starts on the agreed activation date.

If delivery or access is missing, contact XRS with your order or project reference. XRS will investigate and provide access, correct the problem, or apply the refund policy if the agreed purchase cannot be delivered.

Scope, revisions, and handover

Your offer states the included features, formats, revisions, and handover. Requests outside that scope require an agreed change in writing, including any additional price and timing. Defects or discrepancies from the agreed scope can be raised for correction under the refund policy.

Hosting, domain registration, maintenance, optimization, provider subscriptions, API usage, and ongoing support are included only when expressly listed. XRS does not make an unlimited support or uptime commitment. Where support is included, its duration, channels, and response arrangements are stated before purchase.

Ownership and usage licenses

For custom work, the offer identifies whether ownership is transferred or a license is granted, and which source files and account access are included. No purchase transfers ownership of third-party software, models, fonts, images, or other licensed materials.

Unless a different license is stated in the offer, a paid digital product carries a nonexclusive license for the purchaser to use and adapt it for their own personal or business work. The product itself may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, or published for others to download. Where the offer allows client deliverables or resale, those permissions must be expressly stated. Open-source and third-party licenses continue to apply.

Clients must have permission to supply materials and data used in a project. Rights in AI-assisted output depend on the material and applicable law; exclusivity or copyright protection is not guaranteed.

AI, automation, and results

AI output can contain mistakes and should be reviewed before use. An agent or automation operates within the permissions and review points agreed for the project. Provider availability, usage limits, data quality, and system changes can affect operation.

Examples explain potential workflows and are not reports of customer results. Revenue, lead volume, conversion gains, cost savings, search rankings, and other business outcomes are not guaranteed. Reports and templates do not replace qualified advice where professional review is required.

Recurring services and software access

Recurring services require separate authorization. Before activation, the offer identifies the price, currency, billing interval, service period, included usage, any trial or renewal terms, and how to cancel. A one-time purchase does not enroll you in recurring billing.

Cancellation can be requested by email using your project or order reference. The timing of cancellation, remaining access, and refunds are explained in our refund and cancellation policy. Changes to recurring price or scope are disclosed before they take effect.

Payments and responsible use

Payment instructions are supplied with the agreed offer or invoice. Where Stripe is used, card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted payment page, rather than through this website’s inquiry form. Do not email card numbers or account credentials to XRS.

Use deliverables lawfully and within their license. Do not request infringement, fraud, unauthorized access, or use of confidential information without permission. Messaging workflows require appropriate customer permissions and compliance with applicable rules.

Third-party platforms have their own terms, charges, and availability. Their inclusion does not imply an endorsement or partnership with XRS.
